If you are interested to become our agent, so we as First Party and you as Second party ought to sign agreement as follows :

1. The first party appoints the second party as sales agent.
2. The first party will supply promotional material and tourist informations to second party by mail or email.
3. All tour fare given by the first party to the second party are net ( non commissionable ).
4. The second party has the right to mark-up from the net fare given by the first party.
5. A 30 % deposit is required 14 days prior to guest arrival and the balance (70%) is required7 days prior to guest arrival. All payments must be settled on cash basis or via Bank transfer to the account of :
6. The contract is valid one year from the date signed
7. Cancellation received 7 days prior to guest arrival will be accepted without fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to guest arrival will require payment of one night accommodations per room booked.
